Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. paid plans are one-time purchases

DontFumble currently offers two paid tiers — Pro and Elite — sold as one-time purchases via Razorpay (in INR or USD). these are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. once your access period ends, you simply return to the free plan unless you choose to purchase again.

2. refunds: no.

because the service delivers AI-generated digital content as soon as you upgrade (suggestions, screenshot analyses, persistent memory features, etc.) and we incur third-party API costs immediately on every message you send, we do not offer refunds on paid plans, in part or in full, for any reason, including:

• change of mind
• dissatisfaction with the AI's suggestions
• under-utilization (not using your plan as much as you expected)
• account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• failure of an external service we depend on (Supabase, Anthropic, Razorpay, your internet)
• any real-world outcome you experienced in a conversation, relationship, or negotiation as a result of using the service

by completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy.

3. exceptions — duplicate or erroneous charges

the only refundable circumstance is a verified billing error caused by us or our payment processor — for example:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase
• you were charged for a plan you did not authorize and we can verify the unauthorized charge
• a Razorpay processing error resulted in a charge that did not credit your account

in these cases, contact dontfumbleai@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID. we'll investigate and, if verified, process the refund through Razorpay within 7–14 business days (timing depends on your bank).

4. cancellation

since paid plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel. when your access period ends, your account quietly returns to the free plan.

if you want to delete your DontFumble account entirely, email dontfumbleai@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. we will permanently delete your account and content per our Privacy Policy. deleting your account does not refund any paid plan.

5. chargebacks

please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — in nearly every case we can resolve the issue faster than your bank can. fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and may be contested with the relevant payment network.

6. changes to this policy

we may update this policy. changes apply only to purchases made on or after the new effective date. purchases already made are governed by the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
